New McDonald's Planned for Dixie Highway Amidst Significant Development

Duncan Commercial Real Estate is pleased to represent Stern Development in the acquisition of 11806 E ORELL located at the corner of Dixie Highway and Orell Road for the development of a new McDonald’s restaurant. Duncan assisted Stern by providing site research to identify site opportunities in the trade area in order to fill service gaps for McDonalds and underwrote the growing market that is booming with residential and industrial development.

The Dixie Highway corridor south of the Gene Snyder Freeway is experiencing significant growth, driven by both residential and industrial development. Over 820 new apartment units are either recently delivered, under construction, or in the pipeline. Additionally, 86 new single-family homes are in development. Over 2 million SF of industrial space is either under construction or newly on the market, with another 1 million SF available.
