Will Duncan
Will specializes in retail sales and leasing, site location, acquisition, dispositions, 1031 exchanges and property management.
As a graduate of Centre College, Will's experience includes the financial services and commercial lending industry and extensive time in commercial real estate.
When he's not in the office, Will enjoys time with his family, hunting, and marathon running.

Todd Whitchurch
Investment properties, retail sales & leasing, site location (local, regional and national basis), and 1031 exchanges are the major areas of concentration for Todd.
Todd's career includes time in the financial services industry, real estate management, franchise development in financial services, retail and restaurants. He has also been involved in numerous real estate developments.
Todd has earned a degree in Finance and a degree in Real Estate, both from Wichita State University.

Suzanne Cheek
Suzanne Cheek joined Duncan Commercial Real Estate in February 2019. She has been active in commercial real estate since 1987 and has most recently been with Horizon Commercial Realty.
Cheek is experienced in both buyer and seller representation and has generated more than $100-million in land sales and acquisition, primarily out-lot, big box retail, commercial, residential and multi-family.
She was named to Louisville Business First’s 2018 “20 People to Know in Real Estate” list. The list recognizes those who work behind the scenes to close big commercial deals and those developers who have greatly impacted the Louisville landscape.
Cheek graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1980 with a BS. She started her career in retail management with a national big-box chain and specialty-store chain and wanted a career change. Her first real estate job was with the developer of the StoneyBrook Shopping Center as a leasing agent. She viewed the retail management job as a great transition to real estate and was able to use her background as a retailer to relate to clients as she prospected and leased the shopping center.
Cheek’s job description, in her own words: “I help companies find land to meet their expansion needs in the Louisville and surrounding markets and I assist landowners in monetizing their land holdings. I specialize in location intelligence and in finding and securing on and off market sites to meet client’s growth plans. I have been active in commercial real estate in Louisville and surrounding counties since 1987. My focus is land acquisition and sales across the spectrum: multi-family, retail, commercial and residential.”
Cheek is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance and Commercial Real Estate Women.
Kathy Kharin
Kathy Kharin joined Duncan Commercial Real Estate in 2024 as Property Manager of our expanding portfolio including Louisville, Indiana and surrounding areas. Previously included as Business First’s 20 People to Know in Real Estate, she brings expertise and value to our Management Department. Kathy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing with a double minor in Psychology and International Business. With over 16 years of experience in real estate as a Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, she has worked in the telecommunications, architectural and commercial real estate industries. Kathy specializes in Tenant Relations, Project Management, Budgeting, Construction, Property Maintenance and Asset Management. She also excels at assessing maintenance services and improving the common area and building expenses while maintaining Tenant and Owner expectations.
Patti Evans
Patti is a Louisville native and a seasoned real estate agent with over 35 years of experience. After graduating from Sullivan College in 1985, she launched her real estate career in 1986 with Semonin Realtors, drawing on her previous experience in investing in income properties. In 1987, Patti began appraising real estate with J. Michael Jones & Associates, gaining expertise in single-family and multi-family homes, small commercial and industrial properties, vacant land, special purpose properties, utility easements, and highway condemnation projects. She is a certified appraiser and a licensed Realtor in Kentucky, with past membership in the International Right of Way Association. Currently, she is affiliated with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
In 1989, Patti co-founded an auto parts company with her late husband, which was later passed on to her son and brother-in-law.
In April 2001, she transitioned to full-time real estate sales with residential Broker in Prospect, Kentucky. Patti's sales experience spans a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, vacant land, small commercial spaces, leased properties, office spaces, and multi-use properties.
Since 2007, Patti has devoted 90% of her time to commercial real estate sales and leasing with the Grisanti Group, while also representing clients with residential properties. She is currently an active agent with Duncan Commercial Real Estate (2023) in Louisville. Her extensive knowledge from over three decades in appraising and selling real estate makes her a truly versatile agent.
Beyond her professional commitments, Patti actively volunteers with Southeast Christian Church, Lynn Reese Ministries, and Hope Collaborative.
Alan Cheek
Alan has over thirty years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, regional site selection involving new market analysis, site identification and transaction completion for national retail chains in twelve states for several national retailers, investment acquisitions and dispositions for National City Bank, the development and renovation of several retail centers in addition to tenant representation for numerous retail chains, medical providers and restaurants.
Alan has degrees in Law and Finance from the University of Louisville and is a member of the National Board of Realtors, Kentucky Board of Realtors, and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
Martin D. Hoehler
Martin D. Hoehler, CCIM, joined Duncan Commercial Real Estate in March 2021. He has been licensed for 50 years and has been active in land development for residential, commercial and industrial projects. He has worked for local and regional companies including: NTS, as VP Commercial Division, Walter Wagner Jr Co Realtor, as Director of Sales, and Studio Plus Hotels, as Regional Development Manager for seven (7) state territories. While at those organizations he has had responsibility for all planning and zoning requirements as well as all utility approvals for land projects. He served on the Louisville Metro MSD Board of Director from 2002-2011 and chaired the budget committee. His most recent activities have been in working with financial advisors to assist families with large holdings in real estate to position their land holdings for current and future generations and to secure entitlements that create and preserve value to accomplish their short- and long-term goals.
Ray Hass
Ray operated independently for over twenty plus years, building, remodeling, managing and purchasing residential and commercial real estate, including owning and operating a residential construction company. Ray joined Duncan CRE in 2010 successfully marketing both commercial and residential properties.
He is a member of Kentucky Real Estate Exchange, Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association, the Louisville Apartment Association, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the Middletown Chamber of Commerce
Brenda Williams
Brenda Williams joined Duncan Commercial Property Management in 2019, bringing over four years of experience from NAI Isaac in Lexington. Her strong background in customer service, commercial sales, and leasing made her an ideal fit for our team. At Duncan, Brenda's responsibilities encompass property management, accounting, and office management.
Kaitlyn Black
Kaitlyn joined the Duncan Commercial Real Estate team in 2024. Kaitlyn has 2 years of experience in digital content creation, strategic communications, and customer service as our social media and marketing coordinator. She is dedicated to raising our brand awareness and customer engagement at Duncan. Kaitlyn manages all our online listings, social media accounts, and writes our monthly newsletter.
